This employee stepped in to her current position, effectively replacing a long term employee.  This employee has the support of her staff and has been accepted by the local community. This employee managed the opening of a new office while growing both deposit and loan balances.  In one instance, this employee successfully beat out three other banks to establish a multi-million dollar core deposit relationship.    She demonstrates her commitment to success by her willingness to embrace new responsibilities and by putting in the extra time to get the job done.
