These enhancements will be seamless and will require very little maintenance from our customers. YOUR CURRENT USERNAME AND PASSWORD WILL REMAIN THE SAME. With this upgrade, you will be able to conveniently do all that WEB Banker has done for you in the past, and more!

New Features include:

• Account alerts: You can set up account alerts via e-mail or text messaging notifying you of changes in your account status.
• Statement history: A copy of your monthly statement will be available.
• Loan coupon: If you have a loan with West End, you can print off a coupon detailing account payment amount and due date.
• Wire transfers: You may request a wire transfer from your West End account to an account at another institution.

From your home, office or anywhere you have access to a computer you will still be able to enjoy the following features of our WEB Banker tool:

• View all of your West End Bank deposit and loan accounts; including account balances and history.
• Electronically pay bills – No need to reestablish current payees or automatic payments. All current information will be transferred with the update.
• Transfer funds between your West End accounts or make payments to your West End Bank loan accounts.
• View imaged checks and request stop payments on checks.
